Returns Policy

At Raben Footwear, we want to ensure your are satisfied with your purchase. We understand that it may be difficult to choose the correct size shoe. Our size chart will assist in choosing the correct size shoe.

If you have purchased the incorrect size, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items being returned must be unworn and in the original packaging. If the condition of the items returned deemed acceptable by Raben Footwear, the goods will be exchanged with a replacement pair. We do not offer refunds.

Any cost of exchange or return will be at the buyers’ expense.

We exchange goods that are faulty or damaged if they are returned at the buyers expense within 30 days of purchase, including proof of purchase, in their original packaging and unworn.

Shipping

We aim to despatch all goods within one business day of receiving your order.

After you submit your order from this website, we may be in contact to verify your purchase.
Orders are delivered by Australia Post. Payment for orders from the website is by PayPal.

Local

Orders within Australia are delivered to your local post office. You will receive a card notifying you of the arrival of your order at your local post office. Postage costs are calculated when you complete you order. As a guide postage costs: 1 pair to Melbourne suburbs costs $21, 2 Pairs to Armidale regional NSW costs $17, 2 Pairs to Brisbane costs $17.

International

We only accept payment via PayPal for international orders.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order by notifying Raben Footwear by email or by telephone. If the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. As payment is on delivery to Australia Post no refund is required for cancellations prior to an order being dispatched. For cancellations of an order after it has been dispatched – see our returns policy.

Stock Availalbility

If the event that you have ordered a product that is not in stock, we will notify you by email and or telephone to offer an alternate product. Please make sure you complete the order form correctly including your contact telephone number in case we need to contact you.
